[digitalradio] NBEMS Frequencies.

I have VBDIGI/FLARQ up and running,and there has been a lot of posts 
about 30m frequencies.
I do not have a 10Mh antenna so would like to know of frequencies for 14 
and 7Mh, so that I can monitor/beacon in the right spots.
