What is the difference? Does silver offer anything more?
Silver members could download the isos of the powerpack through bittorrent.
However, standard members have the download edition + access to all commercial packages, so you have exactly the equivalent of a powerpack. You just have to install commercial applications by yourself (for example pre compiled ATI or nvidia drivers), on a powerpack it would be installed during the OS installation. But urpmi/rpmdrake makes it easy to use, since club repositories are media like any others (with login/password access). So you just need to install the download edition, add the club media (commercial, test) and you have an equivalent access to the CDs of the powerpack.
