In WinCVS you can provide IP:port as a proxy but our proxy need
authentication with a password and I did not find proper syntax. So I still
can't pass through my proxy.

Never used that, but in WinCVS, for example, there's a tab for setting a
proxy (IP and port) und "Admin/Preferences...". I don't know if that
helps.
