Hi, +1 (binding) but only because of WIP disclaimer. Normally I would vote -1 due to compiled code in the source release [1]
I checked: - incubating in name - signatures and hashes exist - disclaimer exists - LICENSE is missing [2][3] - contains unexpected binary file [1] - A large number of source files under [4] are missing ASF headers Please read [5] and follow the instruction there before the next release.
