My check list,
[x] Download links are valid.

[x] LICENSE, NOTICE and DISCLAIMER-WIP files are correct.
But there are some issues to be fixed in the next release. Plus, It’s suggested
to pay attention to the problems in dev release vote firstly, rather than
ignore them.
1. Some files in [1] have no header.
2. Source code release contains jar file [2].
