The docs are also built nightly as a GitHub action and published to http://gnucash.github.io/gnucash-docs/ so a possible workaround would be to copy or link that. There are at present no intermediate index.html so you have to get each one independently, e.g. http://gnucash.github.io/gnucash-docs/C/gnucash-guide/.
