In draft-ietf-homenet-front-end-naming, we have the term: DOI.

DNS Outsourcing Infrastructure (DOI):
: is the infrastructure responsible for receiving the Public Homenet Zone and
publishing it on the Internet.
It is mainly composed of a Distribution Manager and Public Authoritative
Servers.

I never liked the acronym ("DOI" means evil old ISAKMP/IKEv1 things to me),
but I never had a better term. RFC8499 has a bunch of terms, but none of
them seem to be helpful here.
