We would need to vote you in as a committer and as a PMC next, which, I suppose, should be a formality given your JMeter creds. Any ASF committer should get HC commit rights merely by asking. However, as far as PMC membership is concerned, though, I imagine one would expect you to take some interest in steering of the project beyond pushing out a single release.
