you think spammers THINK before they spam you? I get spam in German,
Chinese, Thai and Turkish... they harvest mailto: links for the hell of
it. I'm getting close to dumping my 5-YO main Email address altogether
because of it :-(

yes, I find that VERY annoying, as you can see, pine doesn't do it.

the MHONARC on plasma-gate is censoring them but not the one in the
body. it also does it w/o giving you a way to contact the person in a
way that is spammer proof, like Egroups does (for addresses in the
header or in the body).

like I said, maybe it's time to get a better list archive site.

it may take a few months, but at some point it happens. through 3 tiers
of spam filters, I'm still getting 5-6 spams a day, and I am not amused.
