Tzafir, you are right in assessing the reason that the site was built. But this can be used to get people off of IE. Remember, the goal is to get Israeli websites cross-browser compatible. That will only happen when Israeli users get IE stats down below the 94% that it currently is, when the rest of the world is <50% IE.
