YOU CAN USE THE CD-TOASTER PROGRAMS BUT YOU HAVE TO SET YOUR CD -R LIKE A 
SCSI DISK SO LINUX CAN MAKE THE CD COPIES BECAUSE LINUX RECOGNIZE THE CD-R 
LIKE A SCSI DEVICE NOT AN IDE ONE SO YOU HAVE TO RECOMPILE YOUR KERNEL TO 
MAKE THAT SET.

On the distro there are files called CDRECORD... and MKISOFS...
You need to install those. After that, get a decent graphical front-end
like XCDRoast or Gcombust. That makes life a lot easier :)
