This boils down to about 2.4 V / cell, which is fairly high for a PbAc battery. But please understand that a UPS is not a measuring instrument. More often than not, the reported resolution is much more than the accuracy of the measurement justifies. So unless your batteries wear out quickly, you can safely ignore this.
