Hello Juan Carlos, For the permission denied message, you might want to run the command:
/opt/otrs/bin/otrs.SetPermissions.pl With the right parameters depending on your environment. For uninstalling a package from the command line, you can run: /opt/otrs/bin/otrs.PackageManager.pl -a list To get the list of the installed package and once identified (let's suppose is called FAQ) then run: /opt/otrs/bin/otrs.PackageManager.pl -a uninstall -p FAQ Then restart apache and try again.
