Thanks for the quick reply.

It seems that for that I'd have to register a github account, fork OTRS, find the piece of code where the error is, correct it in all languages and somehow create a pull request...

I placed a bug report instead (http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12134).

It seems that the basic problem why I started this thread is already being taken care of in http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11843.
