your effort to create a secure mailer became the foundation upon I was able to
build my business and the way you approach and design software has influenced
how I think about software development fundamentally. You may not be aware of
it but sentences like "Stop speculating! Start measuring!" have become
cornerstones of my daily work routine. I enjoy the clarity you bring to the
table and sometimes you really make me grin like back then when you wrote: "If
you want to climb a mountain, don't start at the top."
