Ubuntu, and likely useable on derivarives like Mint but *not* Debian. You cannot (generally) mix Debian and Ubuntu. (Some vendors do for things like Chrome as .deb as all dependencies are in that package; but normally packages specify exactly what they need and the versions can be different in various delicate ways, so in general "don't do this").
