Nice bike! Really a joy to see. Possible the headset was just a little tight? Loosen and bit plus re-grease it and done? I'll watch more to maybe find out :) What prompted me to write: I like it "when threads collide" - his tall stem called upon that other "clem stem" thread going on. His stem makes pulling it out difficult. It wouldn't be the case if he was using more of the length and cable lengths set at that. Not a mistake, but we can see how that tall of a stem maybe causes a little difficulty for him (quill stem supposed to make adjustments easier, is one argument) plus the weight (FWIWeighs). Great bike though. No complaints overall.
