Maybe I’ll be alone in this, but… Just ride it! For the type of riding on a Chev, microknobs/file tread doesn’t help much. If you run bigger knobbies, it may actually be dangerous with the tire clearance maxed out. Any stone picked up by the tread could jam against the fork or chain/seat stays. Plus, they’ll fling more rocks and chip paint (or teeth, as I found out once!). I’d just lower the pressure a bit and see how it goes.
