We haven't counted votes yet.

I opened the PRs so that people can look at the details, in the hope of 
receiving more reactions.

By the way, pytest inclusion already adds 5 standard packages, not one.


You mean "not three"?
The PR https://github.com/sagemath/sage/pull/37301 adds pytest, 
pytest_xdist, pytest_mock (as proposed), and their dependencies execnet and 
iniconfig.
