Built on two macOS platforms: 10.11.6 (mid-2015 MBP) and 10.13.6 (2017 MBP).

On 10.11.6, no other problems with the build and all tests (‘ptestlong’) passed.

Numerous occurrences of build failures (presumably #18438?) on both platforms.  
As always for this, restarting the build was successful, up to the next 
failure.  Eventually (3-4 attempts each) the builds completed.

On 10.13.6, no other problems with the build; testing (‘ptestlong’) had two 
failures (both #25921?):
  sage -t --long src/sage/combinat/designs/ext_rep.py  # Killed due to abort
  sage -t --long src/sage/doctest/external.py  # Killed due to abort

Both failures recur when run singly.
