 Ugh...  the whole point of obfuscating is to eliminate unnecessary
 content in our downloads.  It'd really bug me to add overhead to

 Apache license would show up over and over again, since we append
 JS files at runtime.

Ugh...  the whole point of obfuscating is to eliminate unnecessary
content in our downloads.  It'd really bug me to add overhead to
all of our pages to satisfy this legalism.  Even worse, the
Apache license would show up over and over again, since we append
JS files at runtime.
