I'm trying to follow the instructions in
VBdigi under Help-Radio email setup.
I navigate to C:\NBEMS\Mail
I put the mouse pointer on the ARQout folder and
hold down the right mouse button and try to drag
it to the menu bar at the bottom of the screen, and
I get the slashed-circle not symbol. (and all my
open windows get minimized).
Right-click on the Taskbar and see if Quick Launch is checked. If not, check
it. It sound like you are trying to drag it to the Taskbar and not the Quick
Launch toolbar.
