I'm trying to follow the instructions in VBdigi under Help->Radio email setup.
I navigate to C:\NBEMS\Mail I put the mouse pointer on the ARQout folder and hold down the right mouse button and try to drag it to the menu bar at the bottom of the screen, and I get the slashed-circle "not" symbol. (and all my open windows get minimized).
