I tried KOI8-R too! But the manpage needs to be installed to be viewable, calling man ./hex-a-hop.ru.6 does not work (but does for other languages)! Yes, the man command is not working with files from command line for russian manpages. If you call man ./hex-a-hop.ru.6, then the file must be in the UTF-8. Strange, I think, I sent report bug ... No, UTF-8 does also not work! I just install a new version -4. Russian man is OK. Konjeschno, I checked it too :-) I found a small bug in the man translation. Updated file is attached. Committed.
