As discussed today, here is draft language for consideration to allow CAs to 
rely upon signatures created with eIDAS Qualified certificates as evidence 
supporting validation of individual identity.

[Smcwg-public] Pre-ballot: Alignment of Logging Requirements

The SCWG recently passed a ballot updating the logging requirements. I’d like 
to align the SBRs with this language. 

I’ve prepared a commit that addresses this, which is available for review at

Please review these changes, in case I’ve missed anything compared with the TLS 
BRs. Additionally, I’m looking for two endorsers to start a ballot on this.
