Hi again,

 

The error is saying that there's some kind of problem with the server-side.  
You might want to get in contact of the admins of the XMPP server you're trying 
to connect to, to try to resolve

to connect to the account?

different Locations, so I’m pretty sure it is not a problem with our
network.
