I get the following error while trying to rebuild Trinidad, the error
still occurs after a clean install:

The Agent capabilities currently include the public height and width,
but these properties are problematic. I propose the following:
1) if it is at all possible that an agent can have more than one
height/width then these capabilities should not be hard-coded in the
agent's capabilities .xml
You can try to asign it to you yourself. if you aren't able to,
we need sb. with admin rights (Craig?) to add you.
Also, you should be able to commit it your self.
Otherwith Craig needs to grant you the needed karma.

Ideally, we'd get rid of any specific do you support PPR
and replace it with things that are less Trinidad-specific,
like Do you support XMLHttp? I'd be very happy to see
those sorts of things made public.

looks like
people.apache.org/repo/m1-incubating-repository
people.apache.org/repo/m2-incubating-repository
makes it for releases.
