I've now completed the upgrade from F18 -- F20.. I ended up removing these packages ie mythtv and kmod-nvidia and upgrade went ahead ok except I obviously had to install the kmod-nvidia package AFTER upgrade to get the graphical boot up to work. I wasn't quiet sure what was going on with MySQL I
