to the VM it immediately creates the partition of /dev/sdb1. When I attach the OSS LUNs to the OSS servers they do not create the partition they are just /dev/sdX. We are running puppet on these servers so I am not sure if that is what is creating the /dev/sdb1 partition or not. Dean From: Andreas
