Ever since having my Flex 3K return from factory service on different
problem - and the simultaneous upgrade to PSDR 2.1.5- I have been
experiencing a buzzing sound on received signals. The same buzz is on my
transmitted signal as well. Sounds almost as if I am running 60 Hz AC on the
