Yes, I checked Chrome/Mozilla as well and saw no evidence of prefetching for Wikipedia pages. Related point: it does appear that for media counts, that prefetching by the Media Viewer might change the counts: https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Analytics/Data_Lake/Traffic/Mediacounts#Corner_cases
