That is a misundertanding of optout.
DoBlackRe uses the same spamlover-description as all bombchecks.

not block. So, apparently, the BombBlackOK is not executed.

Thank you Paul for this important information.
The next V2 release will for now remove the 'SMTPUTF8' directive from the
command and reply stack. Possibly a later version will be able to deal
with it.
