Scott, is any other task scheduled for 00:00:00 (or before)? For example BlockReport, maillog file cleanup, rebuildspamdb - these tasks are touching the maillogs. There are several tasks hourly scheduled. If such a hourly schedule falls at 00:00:00 an additionaly delay of 15 seconds is added -
