Ian Yes it is true that he disbanded the Baha'i Institutions mostly so that Baha'is could obey the government in power and not be in conflict with their Faith. I belive that it is the same reason that we do not have Spiritual Assembly in Iran. I am in China and we do not have a Baha'i
