What's the point in the absence of a Guardian?
Why wouldn't there be a point? The Aqdas make is pretty clear as to
the disposition of the Faith's resources in the absence of a Guardian.

If I am not mistaken the House has already appointed a committee of 5
members as the trustees of Huquq.
