Sounds like Brutus is a big smart boy. I have always fed my pups according to
the weight chart on the dog food bag. I measure it out and allow them access

dogs, I did not notice any personality change in Pablo,

Hi All,
First question, Bitsy
our new pup will eat almost
anything she is just 8 weeks old. Any pros or cons on feeding table
scraps
to our new chihuahua.
She eats asparagus, broccoli, carrots, green beans, meat, chicken
and cottage cheese, added to kibble.
Not all at once of course.

Tiffany rarely barks. Sometimes when our poodle barks (which he does often),
Tiffany will join in. I don't think she usually knows what she's barking at,
though. She keeps looking at Bailey like 'yeah, nothing gets by us'. lol, I
think she just doesn't want to feel left out.

I make all my chi's food fresh and I believe you should not give scraps. Even
if I'm making something for me I know he'll like, I usually will have to make
it seperately so he does not get the salt, pepper, onion, butter etc.
I would not do it. You'll set an example for the rest of the family,

Personally for whatever it's worth I don't think you should ever use a collar
on a small breed. One scare or jerk of leash and you could snap theie neck.
Please use harness.
