Yes. Jácob's eyes water all the time. Clear tears, no infection. Vet checked
for allergies (none) then told me there is nothing wrong. Some chihuahuas
just do that.

Well she is a Papillion, 6 months old. She did have kennel cough when I adopted
her. My other Papillon doesn't have the tear issue at all..

From what I know, you put a couple drops in the water bowl. Did you put it in his eyes? I didn’t know that there was an angel eyes
