I went completely blue :D For gtk (/usr/share/themes/Moko/gtk-2.0/gtkrc) and for qt (/opt/Qtopia/etc/default/Trolltech/qpe.conf). You'll find both files attached as well as the mandatory screenshots (qtmail for qt and tangogps for gtk). Feel free to improve both files and share your results!
