Bug#1026602: python-unicodecsv: FTBFS: AssertionError: [['ab\x00c']] != None

Dear Maintainer, Starting from python 3.11, csv module is able to handle null characters [1]. I think is safe to drop the failing test as upstream did for python 3.11 (if this version will be the default in bookworm). Kind Regards and Happy new Year :) [1]
