thank you for spending your time helping to make Debian better with this
bug report.
I think its not a bug, its a future.
All windows are opened at the same position (so that the most of the
picture are visible).
And the window can moved to your preferred position and hold

Dear Maintainer,
When clicking on the 'Adjust photo's colour and tone' icon the pop-up
window appears off screem at the bottom as in the screenshot. The window
rectangle flashes briefly in the middle of the sceen then moves to that
position.
