I've looked into updating python-pysam to the new upstream version to
correct the issue with htslib 1.4 compatibility. The existing

Version: 0.10.0+ds-2
Severity: serious
Justification: fails to build from source (but built successfully in the past)
Although unrelated to the transition (the build failed in the python2.7 part),
see below, python-pysam is now failing to build on all archs tried so far.
