If you want to fix it immediately open /etc/initng/net/net.i and add at
the end of every line beginning with use= daemon/cardmgr.
Afterwards run ng-update add daemon/cardmgr or add daemon/cardmger
manually to /etc/initng/default.runlevel.

dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of eclipse-sdk:
eclipse-sdk depends on eclipse (= 3.1.2-1); however:

I just updated to 3.2.1-1 and with this update all my plugins which
were installed via eclipse vanished (CDT, sublipse, checkstyle and even
more).
The plugins living in /usr/local/lib/eclipse/plugins/
Got some more Information:
After reinstalling CDT from the CDT update site subclipse also reappeard
partially. I can use it from the menu and it is on the update site
again, but the subclipse view doesn't work (eclipse gave me a message
about this too). The CDT view seems to be broken too.

Sometimes any kind of popup window which can appear is too little. Very
often it is not possible to see the content of the window or only the
half of the window. When the window is closed and reopened it may work.

It was a simple aptitude upgrade. As I said aptitude install eclipse
configured eclipse and eclipse-sdk worked afterwards.

Some weeks ago there was an eclipse update which was broken (I'm sure
you remember).
With this update the menu Icon for Eclipse in Development vanished and never
reappeared.
The same happened for a friend of mine.

Upstream has reached 2.0.1 and we are still stuck with 1.5.3. It would
be really good if Etch would ship an up to date maildrop.
