Just rebuild it and upload it. The current version of setuptools
installs the egg-info file automatically.

I don't mean to bitch but since DNS is usually case-insensitive I would
suggest that all zone files and definitions are kept in lowercase.

Upstream just said that he does not plan to add this feature. Patches

Upstream says that the problem is already solved in his repository. The
next version of the Debian package will have this behavior fixed.
