I asked mpv developers, and apparently libplacebo indeed now can handle
shader
compilation without need for shaderc. So this seems to be not even needed
at all

This issue currently breaks building Mesa master with llvm10 snapshot from
http://apt.llvm.org/unstable (in Debian testing).
It would be good to package shaderc for example for something like mpv
to be able to use Vulkan.
Also, current outdated version of faudio in Debian actually has bugs
that break games like Dragon Age: Origins in Wine. That should be
fixed in the newest upstream.
