Please explain better what happens. What does it mean I can't use?
Is the green button greyed out? Doesn't pushing it change anything? Do
you see the notification window, near the GNOME

When I receive a call, I can't use the 'green phone' button in the right of

From ekiga window I have two options Click in chat and choose first option
or type control-o
