I'm running Ubuntu 10.10. I usually upgrade once a year, so 11.10 will
be mine. That bug is there since I use Ubuntu. I just used gimp as
example - I use a lot of other apps that don't have a Open URL dialog.
And it is 0 understandable for non-technical users. Could it be fixed?

That is *really* complicated for people who are not aware of all this. I had
the impression that the Papercuts was intended to get feedback from a
broader audience. For an *enduser* (even my wife is on Linux) the stated
problems are *one* issue. I understand, that for a developer they break
