The F38 schedule is now updated

matches the F40 one.
Sorry, I completely missed this mis-match, will take more careful note
about manually syncing schedules if dates change in one that is linked to
another.

It comes from the fact that the EOL date for Fedora Linux N is 4 weeks
from the release of the Fedora Linux N+2 final, so it's tracked on the
F40 schedule.
