Hi Team,
We are running Dspace 7.3 and having an issue using ":" in search field. I
have done some search and edited solr and dspace configs but nothing seems
to work. I won't put them here to avoid confusion for now.
Is there a way to allow colon (:) in the search field?
Regards,
Bryan

Hello.
For some reason, after a few months of perfect operation and use, the
backend is now responding very slowly. It is giving a 504 error on the
frontend. Sometimes it will work fine, but most of the time it will respond
very slowly. For example, *time curl -L

If the screen is freezing, that is usually a sign of an error occurring

In DSpace 6, IIRC, only the XMLUI "Mirage" and "Mirage2" themes supported

In DSpace 7, MathJax is also supported, but
Hi David,
I'd recommend logging a bug ticket with the steps to reproduce this issue
in 7.x. That way we can get this tracked in a ticket and I can look for
volunteers to implement. It sounds like this might be a bug if behavior
has changed since 6.x, but it'd be useful to provide
You welcome.
Was it stopped?. I don't see any issue with it now.

Hi,
DSpace doesn't have any *.dll files at all. So, it sounds like you may be
hitting issues that are external from DSpace? It's unclear, as these *.dll
files are not provided with DSpace.
The DSpace Installation process can be found

Hi,
It's very difficult for anyone to help you unless you locate the detailed
error message. It sounds like something must be failing in your indexing
process. The detailed error is likely in either the dspace.log or Tomcat
logs. See the troubleshooting guide for more
details:

You can safely ignore that 404 error. GA is disabled by default in DSpace
but if you need to enable it and use it follow the instructions you see

Hi,
Usually, a 415 error means you are sending data using an invalid "Content-Type"
