We are running Dspace 7.4. It does not seem logging any activities or
errors.
- The log level is set to INFO in '/usr/local/dspace/config/log4j2.xml'
- I see a lot of "org.dspace.discovery.SolrServiceImpl" in the log
- There have been a few errors logged at Elements and we have Repository

check your Hosts file?

This problem is related to the handle server after an upgrade of the JDK.
