Hi Alex,
That error appears to be saying you already have something running on port
4000. Maybe you started the UI previously and forgot to stop it? You
won't be able to start it again until you first stop (or kill) whatever is
running on port 4000.

Hi Ahmed,
That error makes it sound like your IIIF Image Server (e.g. Cantaloupe) is
either not running or is throwing an exception of some sort. It sounds
like it's not including valid JSON, which is causing the viewer to error
out.
I'd recommend verifying that your image server is running
